Yuma's Premier Inspection Services

Residential Inspections

Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Before you buy, you should have a home inspection to avoid potentially costly repairs that would otherwise go undetected until they become even more costly.

Pool & Spa Inspections

A pool inspection is one of the most important steps in owning a swimming pool. We are licensed and insured to inspect residential swimming pools and spas, commercial swimming pools and spas, and water features such as fountains and whirlpool tubs.

Crawlspace Inspections

A crawlspace inspection is a crucial aspect of maintaining the health and safety of your home. This often-overlooked area, situated beneath your home’s foundation, plays a significant role in ensuring structural integrity and preventing costly issues. A top of the line tracked inspection robot is used for all crawspace inspections. Providing you with a full spectrum view of the crawlspace with 1080 p pictures and video.

Mold Inspections

There are over 400,000 types of mold, and while there are only a few dozen that are toxic, exposure to many molds can lead to health problems. It can also cause structural damage to your house.

Pre-Listing Inspections

A pre-listing inspection can not only help expedite the selling process but potentially even increase the property's sale price. Additionally, they can help reduce the chances of a sale falling through due to unexpected issues with the property being discovered during the negotiation or buyer's inspection.

1 Year Warranty Inspection

Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. Just because your home is new, doesn’t necessarily mean it is defect-free. At your 11-month mark, take advantage of your last chance to take advantage of your warranty!
